Photo: Timothy and Benjamin Moore hold their Dad's new book.Russell Moore is dean at Southern Seminary and a former speaker at our Evangelical Forum. Moore and his wife have adopted two boys from Russia, and he has recently written a book on adoption, titled, Adopted for Life: The Priority of Adoption for Christian Families & Churches (Crossway, 2009). There was a good article about Moore and the book on Baptist Press this week. I have not yet read the book, but I feel as though I have since my wife read long portion of it to me aloud while she was reading it. Several other JPBC families have also read the book (John B. has written a nice review that I hope to put in an upcoming issue of the EFN). Two JPBC related families have done international adoption and two more are in process (one is in Russia even now).
