I got some advance copies of John Owen's Gospel Church Government (Grace Publications, 2012) in the mail from the UK today. It was my pleasure to work on the editing, simplification, and abridgement of John Owen's classic The True Nature of a Gospel Church and Its Government for Grace Publication's "Christian Classics" series. My hope is that this little booklet will spark interest in Owen's vision of Biblical ecclesiology. It is being distributed by Evangelical Press, which just posted info to their website. Thanks for your comment and interest. Evangelical Press will do the distributing. It should be available soon on places like amazon.com, CBD, and Cumberland Valley Bible Book Service.
I'll try to add an update later when it is more widely available. I am really excited about this book as a resource for promoting and understanding Biblical ecclesiology.
