Here's another nugget from Brown reflecting on Paul's note in Galatians 1:2a "And all the brethren which are with me" which he applies as a call for a catholicity of spirit among ministers:
The phrase seems to mean here ... not brother Christians, but brother ministers. All true ministers of Christ, though in the present disjointed state of the church they belong to different denominations, should consider one another as brethren and act accordingly (p. 23).
